Event Photography: Celebrating Makers and Market Magic

Today, I've got something a little different. While I usually fill my blogs with creative product sessions, there's another side to my photography journey - shooting events like Makers markets!

These markets hold a special place in my heart because they allow me to break free from my dark little studio and step into the world, where I can connect with amazing makers and real people. As creatives, it's essential to have a diverse range of photo content, and markets offer the perfect opportunity for that. It's a fantastic place to capture images of you in your element, chatting with your customers, and to soak in the vibrancy of the maker community.

So, in today's blog, I thought it'd be fun to share a collection of some of my favorite market shots taken over the past year or so. A big shout-out to BrisStyle and the Distillery Road Market, where many of these images were captured.

So here is a collection of my favourite colorful, candid, and captivating market shots that truly showcase the creativity, community, and the passion that fuels this incredible world of makers. Enjoy!
