New Work: Slow Yarn

One of the occupational hazzards of being a product photographer is being exposed to a constant string of awesome products which you then want to purchase. While shooting and editing these images I fell in love with slow yarns peices and I’m proud to say I’m now the proud owner of one of these gorgous creations.

This shoot (like all shoots) posed a few challenges. Primarily how to hang these rather large wall hangins when we didn’t have a studio wall which we could hammer hooks into. In the end we suspended the peices in front of a block colour seamless backdrop, and I’m in love with the final look.
